This 30-day challenge had a variety of positions which I've never done it before. It was fun to challenge myself to do a lot of new things!

ClubCal: What was your favorite part of the overall experience of the ClubCal Handstand Challenge?
Apichat Banyatsupasil: The challenge was covered in variety of positions and in difficulties. I learned some new skills like kneeling to tuck jump, which is cool. :)
CC: Which drill was the most challenging? Which drill was the easiest?
AB: The most challenging one for me is the arched tuck handstand. I guess my shoulder and back are not flexible enough. I could hold only a few seconds. The easiest one is to the handstand kick ins.
CC: What aspects of hand standing would you like to see addressed in a future challenge?
AB: May be the HEAD stands?
CC: What do you look for in a handstand program?
AB: The weekly routine, drills for each day. Some kind of program I could plan to be successful handstander.
CC: What do you like about the ClubCal style of teaching handstands?
AB: Your 30-days challenge was up to a variety of positions which I've never done it before. It was fun to challenge myself to do a lot of new things!
