How to do Circus-Style Handstands

This handstand class will help you develop basic skills alongside circus-style inversion and handstand skills.



Coach Paula will take you through drills that will help you with your handstand line, play with different entries, and have some fun with circus-style leg waves!


Your exercises will include:

-Variety of active and passive shoulder openers

-Handstand line work

-Handstand entries (kick in, tuck, straddle, etc.)

-Handstand leg waves


You’ll need:

- Floor space

- Bench, couch, or another elevated surface

- A wall
