DAY 7 CHALLENGE: SCISSORS (for reps)


---->> Beginner/Intermediate Drill: Walk up, belly-side first into the wall - Bring One leg to handstand line while the other finds balance on the wall. Switch legs and scissor back and fourth.


---->> Advanced Drill: Try the same drill in a free-standing handstand in the middle of the floor! Video yours, and post! Remember to tag #ClubCalChallenge
