---->> Beginner/Intermediate Drill: Practice kicking into a handstand with hands on an elevated surface. Start with something that is fairly close to the floor, such as parallettes, yoga blocks, or a couple of books, 3-5 reps.
---->> Advanced Drill: Kick into a handstand (or press) with hands on a higher elevated surface, such as a bench or coffee table, 3-5 reps.
