ClubCal Handstand Challenge DAY 27: Double Stag Handstand

---->> Beginner/Intermediate Drill: Begin by kicking into the wall, leaving some space to bend your back leg. Split the legs and bend both knees at about 90 degrees, keeping the back leg on the wall for support and hold for 5-10 seconds on each side.

---->> Advanced Drill: Free-standing double stag, 5-10 reps per side.
