---->> Beginner/Intermediate Drill: Begin in a down dog position with feet as close to your hands as possible, bend the elbows to lower your head to the floor about six inches in front of your hands, then push back up, 4-5 reps.
---->> Advanced Drill: Headstand push-up against the wall or free-standing, 4-5 reps.
